DEAR EXPECTANT PARENT,
HELLO! WE FEEL BLESSED AND THANKFUL THAT YOU ARE TAKING THE TIME TO REVIEW OUR PROFILE AND CONSIDER US IN YOUR ADOPTION JOURNEY. We realize this is an extremely difficult decision for you so we hope to give you a glimpse into our lives, home and dreams for your child. We first grew our family with adoption in 2014 when our daughter Courtney made us a family of three! We have two loveable dogs, Silas and Daisy. We love to travel, both across the United States and abroad. We are always finding excuses to get outside. Bike rides, camping, playing soccer in the backyard, and making s’mores are some of our favorites reasons.

About us
We started our relationship in late 2006 when we met online and it did not take us long to realize we were meant to be. We both knew that we had found someone special so Steve moved across the country to be with Jennifer. We were married a few years later in Jennifer’s hometown and our honeymoon in Belize was the first time she saw the ocean while Steve grew up going to the beach all the time on family vacations.
Steve loves to cook so we enjoy dinners together as a family and entertaining our friends and family in our home.
Our marriage is the backbone of our family as we compliment each other by bringing compassion, easy going personalities and laughter to our house as we are looking to complete our family.
Our home
We fell in love with our house six years ago when Courtney was just a baby. We are fortunate to be in a great school district in a family friendly neighborhood. We have a few parks, pond to fish in and are close to the YMCA where we participate in sports and swim. Our backyard playing with the dogs, making s’mores in the firepit and watching a game on the deck is one of our favorite places to be.
On Saturday mornings in the summer, the farmer’s market is just a few miles away for things that we don’t grow in our own garden (and a balloon animal for Courtney!)
OUR loved ones
We have a big extended family on both sides. We take family vacations, usually to the beach or to the lake where Courtney is able to spend time with her cousins. Jennifer’s parents and brother run a farm about 90 minutes away where Courtney gets to help feed the cows and ride in the tractors. Grandma comes to town and has “Grandma days” at the zoo, going on bike rides, and swimming. Both of our families have grown through adoption.
We have a fantastic group of friends that are very close so all our kids have lots of “aunts and uncles” that aren’t blood relatives.
“We want to teach our future child the importance of being there for your family and putting family first.”
What we love to do for fun
Jenny loves to read and spend time with friends and family. She spends time creating different craft projects-painting or making shirts and home decor signs. Courtney and Steve can be seen riding bikes around the neighborhood. He has gotten into collecting baseball and football cards again.
We love cheering on our favorite teams at their games for baseball, basketball or football whether it’s in our town, the state or out of state!.

Final Thoughts
